Lymphatic Drainage Massage

These massage movements should affect only the skin, so use gentle pressure and do not press hard enough to feel the muscles. It is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up.

While the heart continuously pumps blood through the blood vessels, the lymphatic system relies on the movement of smooth muscles to transport fluid through the lymph vessels.

Health conditions can interrupt the normal flow of lymph, causing lymph fluid to build up in a particular area of the body, often in the arms or legs, where it can causing swelling.

Lymphatic massage can reduce swelling and improve circulation throughout the lymphatic system. Drink extra fluids, ideally 2 to 4 glasses of water, after each massage to help flush the body.

Strengthens Immunity

Since the immune system is directly linked to the lymphatic system, lymphatic drainage massage can stimulate white blood cell circulation, improve immune system function, and increase antibody production. This will fight off infections like colds or flu and reduce inflammation.

Relieves Tension and Stress

Stress is known to trigger the sympathetic nervous system, and this causes muscles to tense up and increases respiratory and heart rates. However, lymphatic drainage massage will trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, which is known to relax muscles and slow the heart and respiratory rates.

As a result, lymph drainage massage can help remove toxins and wastes from the tissues. Increased lymph flow will also help with immunity, reduce the risk of infection, and speed the healing of inflammation.

The relaxation brought on by lymphatic drainage massage may also help relieve headaches and reduce pain, depression, stress, fatigue, and insomnia.

Lymphatic massage is not recommended for people with the following conditions:

  • congestive heart failure

  • history of blood clots or stroke

  • current infection

  • liver problems

  • kidney problems

Aromatherapy Massage

This is best for people who want to have an emotional healing component to their massage. This type of massage can help:

  • boost your mood

  • reduce stress and anxiety

  • reduce symptoms of depression

  • relieve muscle tension

  • relieve pain

Aromatherapy massages combine soft, gentle pressure with the use of essential oils. During the massage, you’ll be given a full-body massage while inhaling essential oils through a diffuser and absorbing them through your skin.

Aromatherapy combines the gentle touches of Swedish massage with the addition of essential oils. Do not use this type of massage if you’re sensitive to smell or essential oils.

Foot Reflexology is a holistic complementary therapy where pressure and massage on specific areas of the foot can provide results in the whole body. All forms of foot reflexology utilize the theory that all parts of the body have energetic connections to their “reflex” areas or points on the feet. By stimulating the feet, the energy flow can be normalized to allow the body to heal itself.

The benefits of Foot Massage and Reflexology includes:

  • helps control blood pressure,

  • improves nerve sensitivity,

  • improve energy level,

  • improves blood circulation,

  • helps promote sleep,

  • improves liver function,

  • treat migraines and headaches,

  • speed up healing of wounds,

  • useful for depression,

  • helps reduce swollen feet.

Swedish Massage

It is a gentle type of full-body massage that’s ideal for people who:

  • are new to massage

  • have a lot of tension

  • are sensitive to touch

It can help release muscle knots, and it’s also a good choice for when you want to fully relax during a massage.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is best for people who have muscle pain and tension or who simply want to relax. This type of therapeutic massage is similar to a Swedish massage, only the massage therapist uses heated stones in lieu of or in addition to their hands. It eases muscle tension, improves blood flow, and relieves pain by using heated stones.

It may help:

  • ease muscle tension

  • improve blood flow

  • alleviate pain

  • promote relaxation

  • relieve stress

During a hot stone massage, heated stones are placed on different areas around your whole body. Therapist may hold a stone as they massage different parts of your body using Swedish massage techniques using gentle pressure. Sometimes cold stones are also used.

Facial Massage

A massage stimulates the muscles and lymphatic system. Every area of the body responds to facial massage. We have 300 pressure points on the face, which relate to every part of the body, so when you have a good face massage you impact every organ. Normally, every muscle in the body is attached in some way to the bone or ligament but in the face muscles are attached to each other, so they work as a web.

The facial massage reduces anxiety and negative mood status, and increases sympathetic nervous activity. It makes the face glow and takes tiredness and sluggishness away.

Face Massage benefits:

  • promote blood flow to the face

  • encourage lymph drainage

  • simulate collagen production

  • soften the skin

  • smooth wrinkles

  • stimulate facial muscles and elasticity

  • promote normal secretion of oil and sweat glands

  • promote a natural glow or ‘radiance’ in the skin

The technique involves stimulating pressure points on the face, neck, and shoulders.

Anti-Cellulite - Body Contouring Therapy

The device is designed for face and body care with the help of cavitation, radio lifting, vacuum lymphatic and lipo lasers.

Cavitation effect is caused by low-frequency (25-50 kHz) ultrasonic waves, which form micro-bubbles that “explode” and destroy fat cells in adipose tissue. The growing and therefore “exploding” micro-bubbles seem to “tear” the wall of fat cells and release the fat in it, which is excreted in the lymph. During the procedure the ultrasound wave selectively breaks down adipose tissue without damaging blood vessels, nerves and other connective tissue structures, breaks down deep fat layers, forms body lines, increases skin firmness and elasticity.

Radio lifting is skin tightening, firming and rejuvenation without surgery. It is safe and painless. After the procedure, you feel a pleasant warmth and light stretching. Already after the first procedure, wrinkles are reduced, the skin is smoothed and tightened, and the skin ageing process is slowed down.

Clinical studies have shown that radio lifting has a positive effect on the skin and is completely harmless to the patient's body.

Radio lifting is applied to the face, to the chest area, arms, abdomen area, buttocks and thighs.

Lipo Laser works without pain, a non-invasive device used to reduce fat, a great alternative to surgery. The result is visible almost immediately after the first procedures. The laser is developed with fat reduction technology that helps to lose weight in areas that are traditionally harder to destroy fat in.

Laser is designed for the removal of grease in specific problem areas. Laser pads are placed in target locations such as the upper arm, abdomen or thighs.

This is a big advantage over diet and exercise, which can reduce total body fat but not shape individual areas.

The Vacuum massage procedure is non-invasive and safe, supporting the body's natural processes. During the procedure, the body is massaged with a special nozzle.

This massage is especially applied to areas affected by cellulite.

It improves blood circulation and lymph circulation, activates metabolism, increases tissue oxygenation and improves skin and deeper tissue nutrition. Relieves pain, relaxes muscles and calms the nervous system.

The Vacuum procedure is used for the abdomen, buttocks and thighs.
